OUR PROCESS

Discovery

It all starts with a discovery process. This is the part where we come in and meet everyone involved in the project, at all levels of the organisation. We’ll ask questions and try to understand your business and the challenges you face; whether you’re trying to spot patterns in customer behaviour, identify where you can improve your margins or locate the cause of inefficiencies in your process.

Audit

This stage is more about taking our understanding of your business processes at a human level and the technology that’s used to support it. An audit will reveal things like data quality gaps, data access challenges and integration issues. This part of the process will help us evaluate the likely steps to success and anticipate the technology challenges we might face in building your solution.

Organise, Clean and Tidy

During this process of unlocking, organising and integrating data, its underlying quality is often revealed. This includes missing or incorrect data, poorly validated or duplicated data. We’ll spend time with your business to understand these issues and implement tech solutions to both cleanse historic data, often changing processes to prevent quality issues recurring.

Visualisation

While Gandhi had the strength of vision to see the world as it could be, we find that the visualisation process is an iterative one. We’ll produce a minimally viable visualisation and then work with the stakeholders to ensure it evolves to precisely meet the requirements of the business. This usually involves creating new measures that hadn’t originally been thought of in the initial scope, which we allow for in our fixed price.

ReddishGreen Analytics Platform

This is the final stage where business intelligence meets data analytics. We funnel all sources of data into a single, structured aggregate, which we call ‘the dashboard’. Your customised dashboard will give you a simplified 360 view of your business from which you’ll be able to drill down and investigate with a click of your mouse. Then, together we’ll generate actionable agendas to help you achieve your goals.

For each user group (C-suite, team leader etc) we will provide dashboards, updated in real time published on our React platform using Microsoft security to control access. This can be provided through existing Microsoft tenants or through our own inhouse analytics platform. All access is multi factor authenticated.

Ongoing Support & Evolution

As your business evolves so will your dashboards. Integrations will need to accommodate changes in processes, software upgrades and new data sources. Your dashboards will also need to evolve to accommodate new strategic priorities. We provide ongoing support and maintenance on a tiered basis to reflect the rate of change you anticipate for your business. We’ll discuss this ongoing commitment at the initial scope & pricing stage with precise requirements firmed up once the dashboards have been built.
